Cruising through the desert without a clear destination is the soul in search of purpose. It’s looking for Sotol - intriguing spirit we know not much about.
During our journey, we realize what the purpose of life is: to fall in love, with all the beauty in this world.
At this very moment we find ourselves in an oasis, a river slicing through it leaving the desert on one side and unleashing the lush nature of the sierra on the other - a beautiful mystical place.
In the middle is us, and the cardenche: cactus of love that inspired stirring songs of love and sorrow. Songs that light up the darkness of the night when all else fails, and open eyes to recognize the voice that sings them.
The cardenche is calling; you want to feel it. Upon touch, you’ll get spined, and it settles in deep, becoming difficult to take out… Much like love.
As the songs describe, it’s easy to fall in love, but how about falling out of love?
As we are living this moment, drinking our sotol, surrounded by natural beauty, we want to allow ourselves to be spined. You will not expect it, but once you become part of the quest, it leaves a mark on you.
As more people join us, compelled by the intriguing spirit, we share emotions and fall in love with life itself.
Our CardenXe IS the ‘X’ mark, the beacon of light that ignites our spirit into being. We feel our matter that is our Love, grounding us to the world we live in. So we let out our own song, whispered or howled… It makes no difference, because we’ll still feel how we all belong to one another, and Cardenxe belongs to us, as the catalyst of a story that’s deep, not just personal.
